  • You were charged twice for the same product.

Refunds will not be granted if:

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:

Refund Process

If your refund is approved, we will process it immediately. The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged digital files. If you experience such issues, email us at care@aegodemail.com, and we will provide a replacement file.

Gifts

If the product was marked as a gift during purchase, refunds or exchanges will be granted to the recipient under the same conditions mentioned above.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:
